2. Passenger Responsibilities
Mosoq Huayra Travel is not responsible if the client does not comply with the instructions given by the tour coordinator, or leaves the group and decides to travel on their own.
The passenger is responsible for arriving punctually at the agreed schedules for the contracted services.
All luggage shall always travel under the care and responsibility of its owner.
3. Company Responsibilities
Mosoq Huayra Travel reserves the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions to itineraries when deemed necessary or mandatory.
Mosoq Huayra Travel assumes no responsibility for passengers who arrive late or fail to appear at the agreed time.
4. Unused Services
No refunds will be issued for unused services such as hotel nights, meals, trips, tours, etc., that were previously booked.
All settlements are issued according to the stated rates in both Peruvian soles and U.S. dollars.
5. Force Majeure or Fortuitous Events
Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather or air conditions. In such cases, no refund will be granted as a result of interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.
