Our policies are governed by Peruvian legal provisions that criminally punish conduct related to ESNNA:
Law No. 29408: “General Tourism Law” and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2010-MINCETUR.
Law No. 30963: Law amending the Penal Code regarding sanctions for the crime of sexual exploitation in its various forms and related offenses.
Law No. 30802: Law establishing conditions for the admission of girls, boys, and adolescents into lodging establishments in order to guarantee their protection and integrity.
2. Agency Commitments
This agency does not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of girls, boys, and adolescents, nor any other criminal offense of which it becomes aware. We commit to:
Prevention: Refraining from offering plans or programs that allow or facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors.
Control: Preventing personnel linked to the company from offering services that enable abuse or sexual exploitation activities involving minors.
Reporting: Immediately informing the competent authorities of any ESNNA incident detected in the course of our activities.
