1. Reservation Policy
Reservations must be made with sufficient advance notice. It is recommended that reservations be made at least 35 days prior to the arrival date for traditional tours.
This allows us to secure the necessary trips, hotels, and services to ensure a pleasant stay in our country.
Only reservations made in writing and/or through our website will be accepted.
2. Reservation Confirmation and Payments
The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount per person.
The outstanding balance must be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made after the established deadlines must be paid in full (100%).

4. Rates
All rates are expressed in U.S. dollars and Peruvian soles and are subject to unforeseen changes with prior notice.
Rates are per person.
5. Cancellation and Annulment Policy
Failure to appear by the passenger(s) will result in the total loss of the contracted service, with no right to any refund.
Likewise, cancellation or withdrawal of one or more contracted services during the trip will not be eligible for any refund.
All reservation cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the passenger’s trip.
Refunds and changes are processed with prior notice and at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, in accordance with the refund policies.
