The 7-color mountain Vinicunca, Mountain of Colors or Rainbow Mountain is a mountain of Peru with an altitude of 5,200 meters above sea level. and is located in Cusco, Peru.

The departure of Cusco is at 3:10am to the south of Cusco (Qollasuyo), the old road of the Quechuas, an important part of the entire Tahuantinsuyo, and we will arrive at Checacupe and then arrive at the district of Pitumarca where it tells the story of The first rebels who started out challenging Pachuteq (the main Inca at the time). Then we will pass through beautiful landscapes and valleys of Pitumarca and we will arrive at the native town of Japura, Hachipacha with native Quechua inhabitants, finally we will arrive at the place Punta Carretera called Quechuyno where we will have a delicious breakfast approximately 07:00 a.m.
After our revitalizing breakfast to get to Vinicunca strengthened we will walk 20 minutes where we will have the opportunity to rent horses from the residents of the community, passing through amazing landscapes, lagoons where South American camelids live (Alpacas, Llamas, vicuñas, puma, Andean birds and condor etc) during a walk of 4 hours approx. to the place called Vinincunca (Wininkunka Passo of 5200msnm) where we will observe the impression at the Cerro Colorado with the sunrise shows its best imposing valley and colored hills of magical colors that only exist in this place of the Peru.
Around we will observe as mountains (Apu Sarinini, Ausangate mountain) Ausangate the highest mountain in Cusco with a height of 6380 meters above sea level. In the Inca mythology of this mountain and the nearby lakes – among which Sivinacocha stands out, where the masculine energy that fertilizes the Sacred Mother Earth Pachamama stands out; After a long run, the waters are lost in the unknown lands of the Amazon to return with the rains, to fill the lakes and glaciers every night converted into the river of stars or Willkamayu known in the West as the road dairy that resembles our Andean Cosmo Vision. The community of Chillca, made up of llama and alpaca shepherds, is known as the guardian of these Andean places where every year on the north side of Ausangate, the Qoyllur Riti festival has been celebrated since time immemorial, where faith is impressing since they arrive. After a long taking of photos we will return back to the Hachipacha place where our delicious lunch awaits us and then return to Cusco arriving at approximately 6:30 pm.
