Itinerary

First Day: Arequipa – Base Camp

8:00 a.m. Pick up from the hotel by cart 4*4 to address the skirts of the Misti 3300 mts. (1 ½ hours by car) From this point we begin our ascent to the base camp walking from 5 to 6 hours until we reach the camp (4400 meters), acclimatization time and then we set up our tents, from this height we have an impressive view of the city of Arequipa .Dinner and overnight in tents

Second day: Exploration and descent of the Misti volcano

Early breakfast, we will start the ascent for 5 to 6 hours approx. La Cima is a natural observatory, we will observe from a distance the Chachani and Pichu Pichu volcanoes, the Aguada Blanca reserve, the Salinas lagoon, the city of Arequipa, small towns and the only and beautiful crater of the volcano. We will begin to descend for two hours to the place where the transport awaits us. Return to the city of Arequipa around four in the afternoon.
