1. Legal framework

Our policies are governed by the Peruvian legal provisions that criminally sanction the behaviors related to the ESNA:

• Law No. 29408: “General Tourism Law” and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2010-MINCETUR.

• Law No. 30963: Law that modifies the Penal Code regarding the sanctions of the crime of sexual exploitation in its various modalities and related crimes.

• Law No. 30802: Law that establishes conditions for the entry of children and adolescents to lodging establishments in order to guarantee their protection and integrity.

2. Agency commitments

In this agency we do not promote or allow the sexual exploration of children and adolescents, nor any other criminal offense of which we become aware. We commit to:

• prevention: Refrain from offering plans or programs that allow or facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors.

• Control: Prevent the personnel linked to the company from offering services that allow activities of sexual abuse or explosion with minors.

• brawl: Immediately to the competent authorities of any event ofESNAdetected in the development of our activity.
