1. Reservation Policy

Reservations should be made well in advance. It is recommended that they be made at least 35 days prior to arrival for traditional tours.
This way you will be able to book the trips, hotels and services necessary for you to have a pleasant stay in our country.
Only reservations made in writing and/or through our website will be accepted.

2. Confirmation of reservations and payments

The reservation will be confirmed after receiving a minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount per person.
The amount owed must be paid 7 days before your arrival.
Reservations made after the deadline will have to be cancelled 100%.

4. Rates

All rates are expressed in US dollars and Peruvian soles and are subject to unforeseen changes with prior notice.
The rate is per person.

5. Cancellation and annulment policy

Failure of the passenger(s) to show up will result in the total loss of the contracted service, without any right to a refund.
Likewise, the cancellation or withdrawal of the contracted services during the trip will not be entitled to any refund.
All booking cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the passenger’s trip.
Returns and exchanges are made with prior notice and 48 hours before the service to be performed, in accordance with the return policies.
