  • Law No. 29408<\/span><\/b>: \u201cGeneral Tourism Law\u201d and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2010-MINCETUR<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Law No. 30963<\/span><\/b>: Law amending the Penal Code regarding sanctions for the crime of sexual exploitation in its various forms and related offenses<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Law No. 30802<\/span><\/b>: Law establishing conditions for the admission of girls, boys, and adolescents into lodging establishments in order to guarantee their protection and integrity<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Agency Commitments<\/h3>

    This agency does not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of girls, boys, and adolescents, nor any other criminal offense of which it becomes aware<\/span><\/span>. We commit to:<\/span><\/p>

    • Prevention<\/span><\/b>: Refraining from offering plans or programs that allow or facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Control<\/span><\/b>: Preventing personnel linked to the company from offering services that enable abuse or sexual exploitation activities involving minors<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Reporting<\/span><\/b>: Immediately informing the competent authorities of any <\/span>ESNNA<\/span><\/b> incident detected in the course of our activities<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
