RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear friends around the world and travel agents, this is intended to get from them as clearly, our booking and cancellation policy:

RESERVATIONS AND CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS.

  1. All reservations at the time of application shall contain the following information: Name of passenger, passport number, age, dietary requirements, nationality (for bookings of tour packages for Peru), (Inca Trail to reserves), all types adventure tourism which are listed on our web site and any special requirements of the passenger (honeymoon, birthday etc).
  2. The reservation should clearly indicate the date of service and must contain the request for briefing the case, indicating the hotel contact.
  3. Any request for service is considered as a reserve from the time of the request sent and answered.
  4. This reservation is considered confirmed reservation payment of 50% of total service which can be deposited in any of our accounts or paid directly at our offices no later than 1 day before the date of service. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES.

  • All cancellations must necessarily be in writing and must specify the passenger's name, passport number, hotel and date of service.
  • Cancellations of reservations made 20 days in advance are free of charge (except Inca Trail).
  • Cancellations of reservations reconfirmed seven days before the service have a penalty of 30% + VAT, the total value of more igv service.
